Link-in-bio for restaurants: one link, your whole menu

Put one Tabres link in your Instagram or TikTok bio. Guests tap it and your live menu opens on their phone, with today’s prices. No app, no second tool, no monthly fee.

  • Works in any bio
  • Opens in the browser
  • Same menu as your QR code
  • Free forever

What is link-in-bio in Tabres?

Your menu already lives on the web. You set a username in your business profile, and that short address is your link-in-bio. Paste it once. Prices, photos and sold-out items stay right, because the link points at the menu you edit every day.

After the tap, guests can
  • Read the menu
  • Order now
  • Call you
  • Get directions
  • Message on WhatsApp
  • Open your Instagram
  • Check opening hours
  • Join the Wi-Fi
  • Ask for delivery
Ready in a minute

Three steps, then you are done

  1. 1

    Pick your short name

Business profile, short name in URL. That name builds your link.

  2. 2

    Copy the link

It is the same menu your QR code opens, so there is nothing to keep in sync.

  3. 3

    Paste it in your bio

Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, your email signature.

Questions

Questions about the menu link

What is a link-in-bio for a restaurant?

It is the one web address a social profile lets you show. In Tabres that address is your menu, so a tap from Instagram or TikTok opens today’s dishes and prices in the phone browser.

Do I need a website first?

No. The link is your menu, and the menu is already a web page Tabres hosts, so there is nothing to build, host or pay for. Plenty of cafés run on the link alone. If you do have a website, the same address works as the menu button on it.

Where do I find my Tabres link?

In your business profile. The short name you set there builds the link, so tabres.com/en/yourname is yours. Change the short name and the link changes with it.

Where can I share the link?

Anywhere one address fits: an Instagram or TikTok bio, your Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, Facebook, an email signature, a printed flyer. It is the same address your QR code opens, so there is only ever one menu to keep right.

Can I link straight to one category?

Yes. Add the category to the link and the menu opens on it. Handy when the post is about brunch and you would rather people did not scroll past the pizzas first.

We have several branches. Does one link still work?

Yes. Add the branch to the link and guests land on that branch, with its prices and its hours. Each branch can carry its own link in its own profile.

Do we need a separate link-in-bio tool?

No. The menu link comes with Tabres, free. One less subscription, and no second place to update prices.

Which language does the link open in?

The one in the link. Use any language you publish, and guests can still switch inside the menu. RTL languages read right to left.

How do I know if the link is bringing guests in?

Menu analytics lists your top sources, so a tap from your bio reads differently from a scan at the table or a visit from search. Pick a date range and hold a campaign week next to a quiet one.

Everything you need to run the restaurant. Nothing to cancel.

Sign-up asks for an email address and a verification code. There is no card capture anywhere in onboarding — nothing to cancel, because there is nothing to start.
