Getting started

Three steps, on any platform.

    Install it, or just open it

    Open manager.tabres.com in any browser and you will find Inventory in the menu.

    Sign in

    Sign in to Manager with your email and a verification code, then open Inventory in the menu.

  3. 3

    Count what you have

    Add stock items, record purchases with the supplier invoice attached, and link menu items to their ingredients.

Before you install.

Can I track stock today?
Yes, inside Tabres Manager. You already get stock items, a full list of units of measure, stock levels for the whole business and per branch, purchases with the supplier invoice attached, and product ingredients.

Does Tabres Inventory track expiry dates and batches?
Yes. Each stock item can be flagged for expiry-date tracking and batch tracking, and every purchase line records its batch code and expiry date.

Will it cost anything?
No. It is free for as many branches and employees as you need, like every other main feature.

Does stock come off automatically when I sell?
Yes. Link your stock items to a menu product as its ingredients, and every sale takes those quantities off your stock automatically. Purchases add stock back in.
